The payment processor or your bank may decline payments if the value entered in the Addressee field is invalid.
Please ensure that the value is just the name of your company, and doesn’t include any other information.

If this does not work, this can also occur if you have reached the payment limit on your card. Please check that there is sufficient balance and you have not exceeded the limit of the card.
